Apogee, a big pharma company was having work process issues  in terms of determining  efficient steps to eradicate wastage, the and management was concerned that it was overspending on logistics.

We were hired to streamline the work flow (processes for the upper management), put in a management inventory process and system (where the management could see what material came in where its lying , quantities for each batchs, any damaged goods, immediate attention), put forward recommendations for developing product packaging, and also making sure the all material delivered to the clients were clearly marked, in good condition, and on time.
